Our Committees

Maqbarah (cemetery) committee

The Maqbarah Committee ensures Islamic burial rites are properly observed, manages and maintains the cemetery, and upholds the dignity of the deceased.

Academics committee

The Academics Committee oversees educational activities, ensures proper Islamic and academic learning, organizes classes and programs, and promotes knowledge and moral development within the community.

Central Mosque committee

The Central Mosque Committee manages mosque affairs, organizes religious activities, and maintains the mosque’s facilities. It also oversees finances and promotes unity, learning, and community development in line with Islamic principles.

Finance committee

The Finance Committee is responsible for managing all financial affairs of the estate, including budgeting, revenue collection, and expense control. It ensures transparency and accountability in handling residents’ contributions and project funds. The committee also plans and allocates resources wisely to support estate development and community welfare in line with Islamic and ethical principles.

Investment/ business committee

**Investment/Business Committee – Functions:** The Investment or Business Committee is responsible for identifying, planning, and managing profitable ventures that support the estate’s financial growth. It explores halal (permissible) investment opportunities and ensures all business activities align with Islamic principles.

Website committee

The Website Committee manages and updates the estate’s official website, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with the public. It designs and maintains the site’s content to reflect the estate’s activities, programs, and achievements.

Health and sanitation committee

The Committee is responsible for promoting the well-being and hygiene of residents within the estate. It ensures a clean and healthy environment through regular sanitation exercises, waste management, and public health awareness campaigns

Public Order/ Conflict prevention committee

The Public Order and Conflict Prevention Committee ensures peace, justice, and harmony in the estate based on Islamic principles. It mediates disputes fairly using Shari‘ah-guided methods, promotes brotherhood and mutual respect among residents, and prevents conflicts through wisdom, patience, and consultation (shūrā).

Imams and Ulama committee

This Committee is responsible for providing spiritual guidance and ensuring that all religious activities align with Qur’an and Sunnah. It oversees the conduct of prayers, sermons, and Islamic education within the community. This committee also advises on religious matters, promotes unity, and nurtures moral and spiritual development among residents in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Road, building and drainage committee

This committee is responsible for supervising the construction, maintenance, and improvement of all estate infrastructures. It ensures that roads, buildings, and drainage systems are well-designed, safe, and meet community standards. The committee also plans and monitors projects to promote a clean, accessible, and sustainable environment in line with Islamic values of cleanliness and community welfare.

Electrification/Power committee

The Electrification and Power Committee is responsible for managing all electricity-related matters within the estate. It oversees the installation, distribution, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure reliable and safe power supply

Social/Welfare and Ramadan committee

The Social, Welfare, and Ramadan Committee is responsible for promoting the well-being and unity of residents through social and charitable activities. It coordinates welfare support, assists the needy, and organizes community programs, especially during Ramadan, such as iftar, zakat, and sadaqah distribution

Security committee.

The Security Committee is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of lives and property within the estate. It works to prevent crime, control access, and maintain peace in accordance with Islamic principles of justice and community responsibility.

Hajj and Umrah committee

**Hajj and Umrah Committee – Functions:** The Hajj and Umrah Committee is responsible for guiding and assisting intending pilgrims in preparing for and performing the sacred journeys of Hajj and Umrah. It provides proper orientation, logistical support, and ensures all arrangements comply with Islamic teachings.
